About Shayla Roberts

She oversees continuing development of BoldMovesCountry.com, a platform  that delivers the  JUMP To Action Success Series for entrepreneurs and business people. Her 25-year history as designer/facilitator of curricula includes original content for adult education, youth at risk, professional speaker trainings, and whole-health retreats.

Shayla is co-author with Allan Milham, of the Amazon.com best-selling book, Bold Moves – Jump To Outstanding Self-Managed Action, and co-author––with best selling business author Richard Whiteley––of a soon to be published book on meditation for type A personalities. Past publications include a business fable The Corporate Shaman, Harper Collins, 2000, which she wrote as ghost writer for Richard Whiteley; and sections of Life, Law and the Pursuit of Balance, published by the American Bar Association 1997.

A serial entrepreneur, Shayla has enjoyed success as owner of an independent music label,  a graphic design company, and a creativity-in-business consultancy.  She currently coaches entrepreneurial business owners in creativity, conscious leadership and balance for both inner and outer success.

Shayla lives with her husband in Phoenix, Arizona where she continues to enjoy expression as a fine artist, composer and recording artist, as well as frequent interaction with her son, daughters and three grandsons.

About Allan Milham

As a consultant for the global human capital management services firm, Drake Beam Morin, he foresaw a need to more fully align career options with client uniqueness. In leadership roles at Marriott International, he gained direct experience with the challenges of balancing corporate objectives and individual needs. In an executive role with TMI, an international human resources consulting firm, he learned critical intelligence on the dynamics of corporate culture change and human relations.

Allan’s career as an executive and high impact leadership coach is distinguished. He was one of the early recipients worldwide of the Master Certified Coach designation awarded by the International Coach Federation, and holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.

Allan lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and daughter, and is an active member of his community. He co-founded the Phoenix Chapter of the International Coach Federation and holds active memberships with the National Speaker’s Association and the International Coaches Federation.
